The American Friends of the Diocese of Cyprus and the Gulf

Founded in 2024, AFDCG seeks to:

To aid and foster this ministry of Christian presence in Cyprus and the countries surrounding the Arabian Gulf;

To inform Americans about the importance of this ministry with Christians of multiple denominations, ethnicities, languages, and traditions, living away from families and friends;

Through prayer, witness, and fund raising, to assist in the work of the Diocese, working closely with the Diocesan Bishop.

The points on this map indicates churches or religious centers throughout the area where the Diocese hosts multiple Christian denominations to provide worship, education, and  community in this largely Muslim area.

AFDCG has a 501 (c) (3) designation from the Treasury, and all contributions are deductible to the extent allowed by law.
